We have moved to a new location for the seminar because we outgrew the other room! We are still in the same building, but the seminar will be in The Stone Center – AV Room at Campus 805. Parking is available in the front of The Stone Center at the main entrance. Go up the stairs at the main entrance (in photo below), and the AV Room is just inside on the right. The NAITA Holiday Party sponsored by Page & Jones will be follow in the Speakeasy at Straight to Ale just down the hall from the seminar.

Click here for directions to Campus 805. Straight to Ale is also located on Campus 805.

Join NAITA, Page & Jones, F&B Law Firm, and the Alabama International Trade Center to learn about the newly revised Incoterms® 2020.

This program will provide an update on revisions to Incoterms® 2010. Speakers include an attorney, a freight forwarder, and a licensed customs broker who are all well-versed in using Incoterms®. Our speakers will discuss the significance of Incoterms® in defining the roles, responsibilities, costs, and risks for sellers and buyers when shipping overseas. Incoterms® 2020 is the latest version published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and it will be in force beginning January 1, 2020. ICC is the world’s largest business organization representing more than 45 million companies in over 100 countries.

You may also wish to watch the following training video on how to Determine Your Landed Cost – the Total Export Price with Foreign Tariff and Taxes. Understanding Incoterms® is important in determining costs associated with your export shipments. This video is provided by the U.S. Commercial Service.

The seminar will be followed by networking and holiday cheer at the annual NAITA Holiday Party, sponsored by Page & Jones.
